I am a creative problem solver at my core, striving to present beautiful stories with powerful imagery.

I am a graduate of Fine Arts (Design and Photography major) from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University. I began my writing career in 2005 with Kunle Afolayan’s film, ‘Irapada’, and I have gone on to write award winning films like ‘Secret room’ and ‘Murder at Prime Suites’; and other TV projects like MNET’s ‘The Johnsons’ and TV Africa ‘circle of three’.

I have also since directed popular TV commercials and brand projects like the MTN Saka series, ‘oops I did It again’ Short film for Spotlight initiative/UN women, Google BOLO commercial, 120 years of PZ documentary, MNET reality TV show, ‘confessions’ and the movies ‘Detour’ which had a 2021 nationwide theatrical release.

I believe in creating strong stories and content, that capture the imagination of viewers.

My passion is for engaging content and finding a balance between playful yet proactive media. While it’s not always the easiest, I handpick my footage with a fine tooth comb, cutting it down to the core meaning. Often I have vivid ideas and flashes of mental images that I would like to share with others. This is how my films come about.  I enjoy experimenting so my work covers a wide range of subjects, styles and techniques. From commercials to documentaries, feature length movies, TV shows and so much more. I work hard with my clients to understand who their target audience is, and how to best reach them.

I was always a filmmaker before I was anything else. If I was always anything, I was a storyteller, and it never really made much of a difference to me what medium I worked in.
